David is an entrepreneur, technologist and visionary who has been designing and building OASIS, Our World and the other OAPPs in the ecosystem since 2011 — not for fame or fortune, but because he genuinely believes technology should serve humanity, not the other way round. He has never been driven by money. He is driven by love.

Coding since the age of 8 on a ZX Spectrum, he came top of his class and graduated with a 1st Class Honours in Computing & Informatics. He went on to become a highly sought-after senior contractor in London, working with Nokia, Microsoft, HSBC, KPMG, BBC, JP Morgan, the NHS and many more.

David lives with Asperger's, Dyspraxia and Dyslexia — labels he refused to let define him. Conventional medication never helped; it just made him feel numb and disconnected. So he discovered yoga, then mindfulness, meditation, nutrition and nature. One by one, each piece clicked into place and his life genuinely transformed.

In 2011 he founded NextGen Software to use his gifts for good rather than helping the rich get richer. In 2013, burnt out from contracting by day and building his vision by night, he was bedridden and couldn't walk or talk for months. Yoga rebuilt him — and out of that experience came Yoga4Autism, a global holistic wellness movement to share what he had discovered with every person on the spectrum and beyond.

As the sole architect of OASIS, he has built what most teams of hundreds couldn't — sacrificing over a decade of his life to do it. His health, his finances, time with his children, years of living poor and going without. Every bit of it given freely, because he knew what he was building mattered.

But beyond the technology, David's deepest mission is to inspire. To show every person on the spectrum — and every person who has ever been told they can't, that they're not enough, that their dreams are too big — that if you refuse to give up and keep believing in yourself, eventually you will win. He wants to empower and inspire billions of people never to stop dreaming, never to stop fighting, and to use the OASIS to give people on the spectrum free training and jobs to prove to the world what they are truly capable of.

Sarah Lena Hofer is a quantum consultant, entrepreneur and consciousness pioneer based in Madeira, Portugal. She guides founders, entrepreneurs and visionaries toward healing, purpose and impact through energy, frequency and quantum field work — operating from the belief that the best outcomes in life flow from a consistently elevated energetic state.

Her practice integrates Kundalini Yoga, QiGong, nutrition, seed-based wellness protocols and quantum information field work into a unified framework for human and business transformation. She is also a certified trainer, speaker and translator, bringing clarity and accessibility to the most complex ideas.

Her professional background spans international business development across Europe and the Americas — from rolling out global loyalty programmes at Lyoness AG to executive leadership at the Open Space Network Foundation, where she led funding acquisition, contract negotiation and public relations. This breadth of real-world commercial experience grounds her quantum and consciousness work in practical results, not just theory.

As Chief Governance Officer of OASIS, Sarah ensures the ecosystem is governed with integrity, wisdom and an unwavering commitment to people over profit — bringing the frequency of conscious leadership to everything we build together.

Goldie Sun is a systems architect, entrepreneur and visionary working at the intersection of human flourishing, constitutional governance and civilisational design.

Her early career began in legal academia, where she developed a deep understanding of legal systems, governance and the structures that shape society. She later moved into London's media and advertising industries, gaining first-hand experience of the storytelling, communications and influence systems that shape culture at scale. Together, these experiences laid the foundations for her life's work: designing the next generation of civilisational operating systems.

Goldie is the Founder and Global Operations Director of Lumina CASA, a civilisational operating system creating the conditions for human flourishing. By integrating governance, technology, enterprise, ancient wisdom, education, regenerative economics and place-based communities into one coherent architecture, Lumina CASA enables sovereign individuals, organisations and nations to collaborate while preserving their autonomy.

She also serves as Chief Coherence Officer of OASIS, helping shape the constitutional foundations of an interoperable future where sovereign people, organisations, AI and future forms of intelligence can collaborate seamlessly through trust, shared standards and interoperability rather than centralised control.

Over the past decade she has developed the Human Flourishing Framework and the philosophy of Integration by Design — a systems approach that brings together governance, enterprise, wellbeing, constitutional design and community development into a practical architecture for societal transformation.

Goldie is also the founder of Magickal Life Academy and the Magickal 5D Societee, supporting founders, leaders and organisations to align purpose with strategy, embody coherent leadership and build regenerative, high-impact ventures. Her approach bridges the mystical and the practical, the feminine and the structural, ancient wisdom and emerging technologies.

Known for connecting people, ideas, disciplines and organisations that have traditionally existed in isolation, Goldie reveals the deeper patterns that enable seemingly separate systems to interoperate as part of a greater living whole.

Sukh Singh is a corporate transformation specialist, strategic troubleshooter and sovereignty educator whose career has spanned early-stage startups and global organisations including the UK Government, BBC, Sky and numerous private and public institutions.

Until 2016 he ran his own consultancy delivering transformation, growth, M&A and crisis containment programmes at the highest levels. Following the Brexit referendum he spent several years conducting extensive research into national governance systems, constitutional law and the structural foundations of individual liberty — ultimately dedicating himself fully to sovereignty, truth, justice and natural law.

His mission is to restore power from centralised and coercive systems back to sovereign individuals and communities — enabling people to take genuine responsibility for governing their own minds, bodies, property and communities.

He co-established Guardians 300 alongside retired British Army Captain Mick Stott — educating over 250,000 participants in common and natural law rights, with contributors including John Bingley, constitutional advisor to the House of Lords. He also founded Rapid Response, co-founded The Sovereign Trust and supports The Shield, safeguarding vulnerable people and families across the UK.

His approach bridges deeper universal principles with grounded, practical engagement — integrating awareness with action so that freedom is not merely understood but lived. This philosophy makes him uniquely equipped to build the security and trust architecture that OASIS needs as it scales globally.

As Chief Security Officer of OASIS, Sukh ensures the ecosystem is built on foundations of trust, integrity and genuine protection for every user, community and partner within it — a guardian not just of data and systems, but of the rights and sovereignty of every person who participates in it.
